Elphin Andromeda is the fourth foal out of Elphin Cassiopeia (reg. QH) by Mick. Dree is a 1999 chestnut turning grey filly, who will finish around 15.1 hh. She is named after a spiral galaxy far beyond the Milky Way, in keeping with her mother's astronomical name. As a foal, Dree was quite shy, but sweet nonetheless. Dree was bought, as a yearling, by Nancy Page of Mallard Landing Farm in Battersea, Ontario. Now called Emma, Nancy reports the filly is doing well, and intends to use her as a dressage horse.
