Ellie is the fourth of *Scottsway Lullaby's foals by Mick. She was born in 2002 and is a bright bay. Ellie is named after a great jazz standard and it's in keeping with both her bloodlines and her personality - she is one cool cat! Of course, it's a bit of a mouthful, so it was shortened to Ellie because of all the "l's".

Ellie was sold as a weanling to Mary Flynn of Renfrew, Ontario. A native of Ireland herself, Mary plans on breeding Connemaras because she's tired of bigger horses!

In the summer of 2004 Ellie passed her ICCPS inspections very well. Mary is now hoping to find someone to ride her.
