Ottawa Valley Crafts & Collectibles: Artisans @ Archives Vibrant! Spring Show
Founded in 2012 by a group of local artisans, the group's mission is to promote and develop art and crafts in the Ottawa Valley by serving as an educational and business resource for artisans. The OVCC Artisans @ Archives launch the new season with a celebration of the work of some of the best artists and artisans from across the Ottawa Valley! Free parking & admission.

Fibre Roads Mini Fibre Festival

Fibre Roads is a ‘buy local’ organization promoting the fibre arts. More than 20 farms in Eastern Ontario raise alpacas, fleece sheep, llamas, or Angora goats. The animals’ fleeces are milled into spinners’ rovings, felters’ batts and knitters’ yarns. Eastern Ontario is also home to textile artists who create fabrics and clothing of outstanding design and exquisite workmanship. At the festival, members of Fibre Roads will be spinning, knitting, felting, weaving and selling their wares as well as talking about textiles.

Carp Farmers' Market Garlic Festival

This is the 13th annual edition of the Garlic Festival with more garlic in one place than you can imagine! There will be 40 booths inside the Exhibit Hall, and more than 60 booths outside in a large square beside the building selling arts, crafts and local produce. About 30 outside booths will be selling many different varieties of fresh garlic, and several more will have garlic products Free admission, free parking on the fairgrounds and wheel chair accessible.

Located within 25 kilometres of Perth, a town renowned for its physical beauty and long tradition of fine craftsmanship, the tour showcases one of Eastern Ontario’s finest selections of contemporary fine arts and crafts against a backdrop of Mother Nature at her best.
